"Shock at the condition of the apartment complex- very run-down. The overwhel smell of Marijuana took our breath away. We never got rid of the smell in the 3 days we were there with the windows and patio door open 24 hrs a day for 3 days. Old milk left in the fridge, old coffee in coffee pot, 1 piece of hair found in the bed. The tops of door frames in one bedroom acovered in dust. Hair in the tub drain, dirt, and dust behind the toilet in 1 bathroom. 1 lamp light switch broken, tape holding...

"This condo met our needs while we were visiting family nearby. It was perfectly furnished, enough space for the two of us. It was nearby local restaurants and shops as well as my family. I didn't realize there was a great sidewalk around Lake Ray Hubbard until the night before I left but I will certainly use it next time."
