“Waterpark was closed, so that was a bummer and not advertised on Expedia. But the main concern, was the fire alarm went off at 3am and the entire hotel had to evacuate. There was something wrong with the alarm in my room, as it emitted a typical loud fire alarm sound-but for some reason, it also emitted an extremely high pitch sound that was the loudest thing i have ever heard in my life. As I write this the next day, my ears are still ringing horribly. The sound of the alarm after 5 mins of……

Our room key stopped working and the man at the front desk was unapologetic. The elevator was jerky and the door barely opened. The food was cold and unappealing. This hotel should be shut down or the price should be dropped significantly.”

“There was never anyone at the front desk had to call a number and wait for someone and the hot water was terrible it took 25 minutes with the water running constantly to even begin to get warm water it never fully got hot ”
