"The property has a lush grass, fountaings, an amazingly warm heated pool with a deck and chairs/tables. We stayed in the main building with a pool view right next to the back door to the office which served a continental breakfast of bagels, muffins, cereal, english muffins, hard boiled eggs, milk, OJ, coffee, tea, etc. The room smelled so very clean upon entry and the toilet was sealed. It was very very clean. We had a studio with a fridge and microwave. A coffee pot in that room would have really been nice. There was a hairdryer and iron however. TV channels not that great - wish hotels would upgrade to better cable/TV service in general but who watches TV much when your near the beach! We also had our own private parking lot at the beach half mile away with our own private roped off beach (right across from their other place Hotel Maria) There is a bathroom right there on the lot and food places all over. I had scallops and clams from a local shake - amazing and fresh. The parking lot seemed open at night for star gazing on the beach. The staff was friendly at every interaction and always helpful. Beach towels provided at pool and the beach which was great! We look forward to going back again soon when the water is a bit warmer - the heated pool saved us when we wanted to swim since the ocean was a bit too cold for us! On the way out we visited Mystic and ate at the Engine Room which was great. We had a wedding to attend so also Kudos to Stongington Vineyards! "

"Beautiful and well appointed house within walking distance of the beach and with a fabulous tennis court! We highly recommend this property. The hosts were gracious and highly responsive. It a great house for a gathering of family or friends. You will not be disappointed if you are fortunate enough to stay at this property."

"I've never rented such a lovely house in such good condition! The pictures don't do it justice. The stairs lead to a bit of a loft, putting a very high ceiling over the living room, which gives it an airy feeling. The screened in porch is just heavenly. Also, we didn't know it would come equipped with a bike, a ton of beach chairs, boogie boards, Scrabble, cards, etc. Our only complaint had to do with Watch Hill, whose exclusivity translates into a lack of diversity, illegal blocking of beach access by seaside homeowners, and byzantine parking regulations designed to keep nonresidents out. To be clear, the rental comes with a parking sticker, but even then you need to learn where and how it can be used. If only the neighborhood of Watch Hill could be as awesome as this house is! The house itself was wonderful, and you can easily orient yourself toward Westerly and Misquamicut Beach if you prefer a more democratic vibe."

"Four friends since grade school on our annual girls getaway. The property was perfect. Excellent location. The space was beautiful with lovely touches throughout. Shopping, dining and the beach all as you stepped outside. I would highly recommend."

"We enjoyed our stay at Joe’s place. The kitchen was well equipped and the house itself was comfortable, the living room was hot but the bedrooms all had air conditioning. The house is well maintained and the bathrooms were clean. The rental didn’t include linens or towels which was ok because we have family that was able to bring some but not convenient if you’re flying in. Joe was friendly and communicative. The beach is a short walk away.overall we were happy with our stay."
