"TV remote would not work properly. Connected front desk, was told someone would come fix it, no one came to fix it. Front desk clerk had an “I don’t care” attitude. I will sleep in the car before I stay at a Hampton Inn again."

"They gave us a handicap room. Reason being we did not book through them even though we book through Expedia a week prior. We were on 2 nd floor right by elevator so we got woke up at 5 am due to people leaving. Most miserable place we have ever stayed. Complained to manager and he said you should have booked directly through us. Next time do so and you will not be put in handicap room. Guess what there will NOT be a next time for there!!! "
