“Room is clean and staff is helpful.”

“The property is located at the rear of a shopping center, and police precinct in St Mary. This is a quiet motel, with a small pool. Room cleanliness is good, the tv and channels are tricky to navigate, I had to request an iron board and iron for the room, the bedside lamp had an electric short, the housekeepers seemed stressed but are polite, the security staff pretty much take care of the guests, all other staff are 9-5 mon-Sat, The rooms are cleaned every other day. I did not enjoy the……

“Great location, clean room”

“Only thing I had an issue with was the channels and the netflix on the tv. Other than that one thing, I enjoyed my stay. I spent time in the pool on the beach by the bar. Tried the wings which were really good and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and helped me find my way around. They answered every question I could think to ask. Thanks again”

“Next to the beach, located in downtown, affordable stays, good food, friendly staff.”

“The place was well kept and clean the swimming pool was under reconstruction which was a big turn off bar was always closed after breakfast the restaurant was closed even on a Friday afternoon No form of entertainment if ur visiting u would have to unfortunately venture out into the unprotected to find food and entertainment this was really a bad experience for me”

“flying roaches, not functioning electrical outlets, no hot water, unanswered/no response to complaints”

“Not what I expected, hidden gem, peaceful and relaxing in the middle of Ocho Rios Very helpful staff, amazing chef. ”

“This property is at beautiful location.. Minutes from the town of Ocho Rios, restaurants all attractions within the area. The only issue I had with this resort was maintainance. However the issue can be overlooked as the ambiance is top tier. This is my second time as this property and I have seen improvements so as per my assumption they are upgrading. I would recommend this property to all travellers.”

“Yes easy access to shops and transport”

“I like that it was in the town . It was the worse place I’ve stayed owner and manager was rude Red ants 🐜 was all over on bed I couldn’t sleep because of the ants there was mold in the bathroom it smells and when I ask to move to a next room they said I will have to pay for it myself my vacation was ruining 😤😤😤”

“Was good”

“Beautiful house, there was also toiletries in the bathroom. Looks even better in person. Safe gated community. Even outside the gates are safe. This is a great place to stay to be safe but also live the life of a local”

“The stay was awful, upon arrival there was no one to check us in. The rooms need to be upgraded' no wifi was provided television wasn't working. There wasn't any security guard on the property didn't felt safe.”
