“Room was clean. Food was good. Staff was great. Only negative is that it was very crowded which I don’t believe could have been helped being that we went over Christmas ”

I had the Aruban breakfast at Ike's every morning which was very tasty, and after I got injured during an excursion outside of the resort the front desk staff gave me first aid which I really appreciated.”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

I spoke to multiple staff members who understood the need for me to change my travel arrangements and they were more than willing to assist my family and I! We arrived 2 days later and it was a great welcoming experience! The twins were wonderful as well as the staff! They provided great information that allowed our stay to be more comfortable and easy to navigate! I’m going back next year for sure!”

“Everything was great except for on sheet that looked a little dirty. We took it ok and slept on the other sheets since there were plenty of sheets. Room very nice and clean and well decorated. A nice little guide was in the room and brochure for a massage place near by. Since it is not near transportation a number was provided for a taxi which was super helpful. Chairs and towels for the beach also provided. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Host was easy to reach via whatsapp”
