“This was a joyful holiday stay. The apartment is spacious enough for two. And extremely well equipped. The location was delightful and surrounded by olive trees. The owner made the stay even better by being friendly, but not constantly 'checking on us'. There was the added bonus of the owner's dog wanting to sit with us while we sipped Tuscan wine in the shade in the afternoon. He wasn't 'in the way' he just wanted to be around humans. :-) The ONLY negative I can say is that the road up to the……

“De beste vakantie waar we op waren, hele mooie locatie, mooie plek, hele mooie tuin met een zwembad, schone en mooie huis en aardige en helpvolle vrouw en man. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.”

“We had a lovely couple of weeks at Jacopo’s house. The house has been beautifully restored and set in an olive grove and vineyards. The house is relatively remote but within easy 10mins drive to towns. A car is essential for a stay at this property. Jacopo was a great host and readily available if we needed him, and gave great tips and advice vice on places to visit. We would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. ”

“Altes Bauernhaus, das restauriert wurde und mit einem anderen Gebäude zusammen praktisch auf einer Lichtung mitten im Wald steht. Ca. 50 Meter vom Haus befindet sich ein Bach, der durch den Wald fließt und in ähnlicher Entfernung die Straße. Letztere ist in der Regel ruhig, aber am Wochenende sind viele Motorräder unterwegs.Das Objekt ist ordentlich, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirr sind sauber, der Vermieter Stefano ist immer erreichbar und schnell da, falls es Probleme gibt.Das letzte Stück……

“We were very pleased with the space. We were concerned that the kichen might night be adequate based on the pictures, but it worked perfectly. The beds are comfortable. Lots of comfortable clean space. This was the perfect space to launch our visits to other cities by car and train. Florence, Lucca, Sienna, Montecatini Alto and more. Mosquitos were an issue so we didn’t spend as much time outdoors as we would have liked. Fortunately the living room is spacious and bright. We'd open the screened……

“My wife and I stayed six weeks in this large (2BR), spotlessly clean apartment, perfectly located in a lovely historic town. Hosts are very accommodating, arranging weekly housekeeping (grazie, Marianna), and secure near-by parking for when we rented a car. While it’s an easy walk to the train to visit Florence and other Tuscan sites, we preferred Pistoia, with abundant restaurants and bars on picturesque piazzas and a large, vibrant market every Wednesday and Saturday. Warm people, great food……
