The location suited my needs in a quieter neighborhood with everything you might want within about 5 minutes. Overall a very relaxing and pleasant stay."

"We came to Sandpoint to help out as volunteers for the Lost in the Fifties weekend. This was a perfect place to stay because we could walk to town and enjoy all the events. The “Sandpoint Cottage” was a great place to stay and the owners were great at communicating and responding to any questions that we had. We highly recommend this gem!"

"We were here to see family and go to silverwood. This was such great place to start and end our days! There’s lake access with canoes and kayaks that I wish we could have used more. It was so great to go out and sit by the lake in the quiet of the morning. Really cute place. Modern. Clean. Owners are super friendly."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this cabin. It is very clean and rustic with a nice cozy "woodsy" feel. The owner, Sandy was very easy to deal with and even provided an electric fan for me. My only complaint is that there was construction noise from a work crew next door and loud music from a house nearby on a Saturday night. Not deal breakers though. Cabin has a microwave and fridge. All bedding is provided. There is a porta-john and hand washing station on the premises as well. There is internet...

"I was impressed with the property owner? / manager? I hadn't heard about some of the check-in details and was a little nervous. I sent an email and had a response in less than 10 minutes with all of the details I needed as well as contact information for when I was on the road. It is a nice place and I really appreciated the quick response."

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at this adorable house. The space was super clean and updated. Robin left us all kinds of treats and goodies. The space is a downstairs apartment with 2 other units above. We really enjoyed meeting the neighbors. We were able to walk to the lake a few blocks over and it is a walkable distance to all the downtown restaurants and City Beach. I would recommend contacting the host directly for any listing questions. We were very satisfied and will return again!...

"A lovely property. A gracious host. Loved the living room. Iovely decorated. Mattress too soft. A beautiful tub but hard to get in and out and very slippery. We would still recommend it. Host provided many nice extras."

"We loved our stay, it was exactly what we wanted. The host was great and accommodating. The only suggestion we have would be a pantry cabinet or something like that. We like to "move in" at our rentals, and didn't really have room for our food in the cabinets, so we kept most of our food in one of our travel boxes. Not a huge deal, wouldn't keep us from coming back."

"My longtime group of friends playing a RPG together has to go on hiatus. We went to this nice little house for one final weekend of gaming, hanging, and goodbyes (hopefully just for now). It was super spacious and accommodated our need for multiple sleeping rooms really well."
