“Very clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the screened door to let in the night air and listen to the birds and crickets. The area was quiet and peaceful. A pleasant stay!”

“This was my daughter’s preferred destination for her 13th birthday after we had visited about 4 years ago. The floor layout has changed a bit since the first trip, but all changes are improvements. It’s just an awesome place to hike, hang out, and decompress. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Property was amazing, nestled in the rolling hills of northern KY. Any of the three tree houses will not disappoint and the hiking trails were fantastic (and a workout). All the amenities you need to rest, relax and recharge. ”

“Location was perfect for what we needed. It was exceptionally clean which is much appreciated.”

“Great location. Perfect for walking to restaurants and loved the coffee shop next door. Everything a couple needed for a weekend getaway.”

“More than 4 people would be overwhelming..it is a tiny house! Very little problem w/internet service. The owners and workers were very engaging. They provided us w/answers to anything we asked re the Clydesdale horses, their specific jobs, or the property. We never felt like we were intruding on their time or work schedules. It was a quick stay, but we walked to downtown for all the local stores and lunch. Definitely walking friendly. Since this unit is on the 3rd floor with steep stairs, I recommend only bringing a small bag into the room. Other than that, being next to a church you’ll hear the 15 minute and 2 minute warnings for gatherings. More of a……

“Very nice and well designed treehouse! The only downside is you're on the side of a steep hill so the area where the firepit is can be a little awkward. Otherwise, great place. The two other treehouse looked really nice as well. Highly recommend it.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, cute, and comfortable. Since it’s new construction, everything felt fresh, modern, and well maintained. The host was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. We were in town for a wedding at Ashford Acres, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. It was also centrally located to restaurants, shops, and other local attractions. We especially enjoyed spending an……
