We saw three (3) I'm sure more. On the curtains, walking across countertop on our food packaging, and one on the trash can. mentioned to owner, manager all they said were sorry. Not willing to give concession. Wanted to give a future concession. Had to check bed every night and had to check clothes while...

“We had a wonderful stay at this property! Arturo, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive—he made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We stayed with our two young kids, and the location was perfect for easily getting downtown and visiting all our favorite spots. The beds were very comfortable, and even as a ground-level unit, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was with great sound separation. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Dallas!”
