“Das hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage um Funchal zu erkunden bzw. generell um Ausflüge auf Madeira zu unternehmen. Die Zimmer und das ganze hotel sind sehr modern, da das hotel kürzlich renoviert wurde. Insgesamt sind die Zimmer jedoch sehr hellhörig sodass wir die ersten beiden Nächte mitten in der Nacht vom Geschrei unserer Nachbarn auf der anderen Seite des Flurs geweckt wurden. “Un séjour parfait. L'accueil est au top, la chambre et la literie sont irréprochables. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et chouchoutés du début à la fin. Côté table, les cocktails, le restaurant et le petit-déjeuner étaient tout simplement excellents. Le cadre, raffiné et au standing un peu rétro, offre une véritable bulle de douceur. “The hotel is conveniently located in the old town area of Funchal. This is close to many restaurants, near the marina (where all the tour boats go from), near public transport, taxi’s and quick Bolt pick ups, and also where the cable car goes up to Monte. The hotel itself was very nice, good rooms and staff were very helpful.
