“Really good breakfast, very clean and quiet.”

“I definitely come back and stay in this hotel, it has clean room and good breakfast, my only problem is the reception staff that needed training for customer service. We checked in at almost 8pm and say hello to this lady in the reception, she didn’t bother to smile and welcomed us, just said need the name and your credit card, pointing the direction and that’s it ! Not even mentioning the basic details about check out time, time for breakfast and anything that we need was thinking in my room I……

“The room was awful. First we had to change rooms due to rabid barking dogs in the room next to ours, then we move to the second floor with no elevator so we have to lug everything up there. The rooms toilet was broken, the shower handle fell off after 1 use, the fridge didnt work, the door lock was broken, I mean i could go on and on, it was shameful. The breakfast buffet was eggs, some old cereal, coffee, and some runny waffle mix with no butter and a little cold syrup. What the hell? No juice,……

“Hotel was delightfully perfect. Valet parking of $45 was a downer.”

“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”

“The hosts were great. We arrived in the city early and they allowed us to keep our luggage there during the day until check-in. The host had brought our bags up to the room. When we checked in, we were given a very welcoming tour of the house and orientation. The house is very centrally located close to shopping, Union Station, restaurants, and the streetcar. “Allowed us to check in early. Staff were all amazing. Room was clean. Only issue was that the room smelled like marijuana so bad it gave us a headache. It dissipated after awhile, but wasn’t the best smell walking into the room for the first time. Everything else was fantastic! I’d stay here again.”

“They did not specify on the website that you had to pay 30 for parking one night and their pool was not working. The whole reason why I picked this place vs the one Hampton up the street”

“While I was excited to stay at your hotel, I was deeply disappointed to find that it heavily pumps synthetic fragrance into the main lobby. While some may view this as a branding choice, synthetic fragrances are a major health barrier. For individuals with fragrance sensitivities, asthma, or chronic migraines, and MCAS which are recognized disabilities, this environment triggers immediate physical distress. This includes respiratory issues and severe headaches. It unfortunately makes the lobby……

“One of the nicest boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. Very unique and in a great area, although far away from downtown which was too important to me on this trip. When to a recommended fabulous restaurant within walking distance for amazing Italian food and ambience. It is a very eclectic and young area.”

“We absolutely loved our stay. The decor, the comfort. We enjoyed practically everything. Our only critique: EXTREMELY loud inside studio 5 when anyone is in the hall (just walking even). So much more noticeably loud than comparable buildings. I’m not sure if this is acoustics or lack of insulation. Regardless, it didn’t ruin our stay just something to improve upon for quality guest experience.”
