“The accommodation perfectly met our needs. The setting was stunning, the pod well appointed, the hot tub perfect and the fenced in garden area gave privacy and security for our doggo. ”

“We had a lovely short stay at Macbeth’s Hillock. The cottage was clean, cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed. We mainly stayed there overnight while travelling, but I also cooked dinner there, which worked very well. The location is peaceful, close to local sights, and right next to a farm with beautiful sheep, which made the stay feel even more charming. A very pleasant place for our short stay.”

“Loved our stay in the cosy cabin. Only thing I would say is that the outside veranda area could do with a clean. Not taking anything away from our stay though, really enjoyed it and would definitely go back.”

“My wife and I stayed at Burnbank Lodges for several days, to celebrate ourv25th anniversary. Campbell and Nina are welcoming, wonderful hosts. Their communication was excellent, and the property has lots of thoughtful touches. We loved the sound of the river outside and the peaceful location. If you like being off the beaten path a bit, Burnbank is a great option. Fort William is about 15 minutes away, which provides you with plenty of opportunities for a meal out. You can try a different……

“Een goed ingericht huisje op een rustige plek. Groot gazon en mooi uitzicht op de heuvel. De eigenaars wonen op hetzelfde perceel maar die zie je niet vanuit het huisje. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars en behulpzaam. Hondvriendelijk. Wat tegenviel was dat er geen wandelpaden in de omgeving zijn.”

“Happy with the pod and surrounding area perfect for my dog who loved it check in straight forward,pod was clean but at times i was the only person there and the owners were not really around i felt a bit isolated and there was no emergency contact number left if there was a problem with the pod,although in the information pack there were details for Drs Dentist Vets etc perhaps adding a contact number would be good”

“This is a beautiful spacious cabin, warm, fresh and spotless. We had an excellent 2 nights there. The quality of the kitchen is high and the bathroom. As for the view from the front of the cabin over the river, it was gorgeous. We had 2 splendid evenings sitting out listening to multiple birds and enjoying the evening calm. ”

“Wonderful location.Bothy was very well equipped .Great to be able to sit out side on the decking having a coffee and looking on to the loch where I saw a family of seals most days.At night it was great to have a very comfortable bed to sleep in and in the morning have a refreshing in the spacious shower.The family who own the bothy also provided an electric fan because the weather was very hot .Looking forward to going back sometime because it is such a beautiful spot.”
