“Sehr ruhige Lage, wunderschöne Aussicht. Gut ausgestattet. Whirlpool super! Der einzige Nachteil waren die wenig verfügbaren Restaurants in der Gegend.”

“We had a lovely short stay at Macbeth’s Hillock. The cottage was clean, cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed. We mainly stayed there overnight while travelling, but I also cooked dinner there, which worked very well. The location is peaceful, close to local sights, and right next to a farm with beautiful sheep, which made the stay feel even more charming. A very pleasant place for our short stay.”

“My wife and I stayed at Burnbank Lodges for several days, to celebrate ourv25th anniversary. Campbell and Nina are welcoming, wonderful hosts. Their communication was excellent, and the property has lots of thoughtful touches. We loved the sound of the river outside and the peaceful location. If you like being off the beaten path a bit, Burnbank is a great option. Fort William is about 15 minutes away, which provides you with plenty of opportunities for a meal out. “Een goed ingericht huisje op een rustige plek. Groot gazon en mooi uitzicht op de heuvel. De eigenaars wonen op hetzelfde perceel maar die zie je niet vanuit het huisje. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars en behulpzaam. Hondvriendelijk. Wat tegenviel was dat er geen wandelpaden in de omgeving zijn.”
