“The hotel is in a beautiful setting, and the lobby is bright and clean. It offers many amenities, including an espresso and cappuccino machine. However, our room featured, dirty, upholstered, chairs, and furniture that looked like it came from a Salvation Army fire sale. In addition, our room had no closet, only some hooks on which we could hang our clothing. The hotel definitely needs to refurbish its rooms, or else lower prices to match what they offer in terms of value.”
