"We enjoyed this cottage for a fall vacation weekend. It’s a nice two bedroom that easily fit my family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked and we took full advantage of the warm weather for some grilling. There is a pretty view of the lake from the house and a small marsh. "Nice spot on the lake, close to the shore as well. Camp is located well in from the roads so no concerns with traffic while staying there with our dog. Great screened porch. Although we didn’t get an opportunity to use them as the weather was cool it was nice to have kayaks and PFDs available if you were so inclined. Easy drive to explore the coast from the cabin. Lovely walks/small hikes nearby. Also close to shopping and Shain’s which was great!"

"We had a wonderful stay!!! The home is absolutely perfect, wonderfully decorated (including the owner’s own lovely artwork!) - everything you’d possibly need is there and available to you. My son and his girlfriend kayaked the entire lake and loved it. We all enjoyed the fire pit overlooking the lake, the covered porch and playing several games of pool in the basement. "The house was as pictured a family cottage by the lake. The owner was nearby and was friendly and my children had a fantastic time swimming, kayaking, and fishing. It was a nice relaxing family vacation. Would recommend the house to offers who want to just get away, relax, and unwind."

"This our second year at Cape Guinevere, and once again we had a wonderful stay. The house is cozy and well equipped, and really just perfect for our family to gather for meals, walks around Lancelot Shores, and of course for fires around the fire pit. It is close to Rochester and stores but we felt like we had our own private getaway in the woods. We’d go back again in a heartbeat!"
