"I was able to book a last minute stay with them. Valet parking was really nice, told me about the 2 forms of parking (valet/self service). Check in was smooth & quick (just remember to give them your vehicle plate # at check in; avoids parking payment) The room was extremely clean. The 2 Beds were a decent size for 4 guests. Gym was really clean and had various machines to use. Pool is located on the 7th floor next to the gym. The hotel is super convenient for inner harbor & game day stays!"

"The Sonesta Hotel Baltimore Inner Harbor is tucked in a decent area of downtown Baltimore, not too far from the Harbor and about a 10-minute walk from the convention center. Be mindful at night that there are people walking around there are sometime people around the hotel area. Overall, the hotel entrance is nice, but the hold for accidental damage is an alarming $150, which you do get back after your stay. The hotel itself has fairly dimly lit floors. The Bed was comfortable, but there was no room service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel has 3 elevators, one of which was out of service; my room was on the 6th floor. Furthermore, when I came back one day, both elevators were broken, and the only other elevator went only to the 5th floor, which was a bit annoying. The rooms don't have a microwave but do have a fridge to place your cold items. There were some damages, such as the toilet paper rollers not being tightened, and some rust around the bathroom door. Also, in the tub, there is shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, which is nice. My shower gel fell off the tub wall when I came back one day and broke. I took it to the reception desk and was told housekeeping would replace it, but it never was. Overall, I would stay again, but I am mindful that service is a bit slow and some requests take a while. "

"Parking across the street expensive at $46 daily. Rooms are old and walls thin. Bfast was very limited and juice machine was broken. Smelled like weed throughout entrance and bldg smells alternated between smelling like weed or sewer. Sheets also had a weird smell. Shower curtain would not stay put so the whole bathroom would get soaked during a shower. "

"I had a ball ! I loved the property, it was clean and comfy. It was close in walking distance to a lot of businesses and bus stops. I truly enjoyed my stay. "

"The Hotel was calm & quiet! They even had a complimentary happy hour (2 drink minimum w/ small bites to eat) on our 2nd day). The rooms are VERY spacious & clean. It was my birthday weekend so the extras were a plus! There are two restaurants (Ruth Chris & McCormick n Schmick’s) connected to it. The hotel is literally in the middle of everything Inner Harbor & walking distance (about 12 mins walking) to Fells Point where there is more to do and enjoy. We did not partake in any amenities. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning."

"Our accessible room was larger than we expected. Our basic needs were met. The front desk folks were helpful. People were hanging out next door which seemed unsafe, but they didn't bother us. Good restaurant up the street: David and Dad's-breakfast or lunch=was yummy!"
