“Loved the resort”

“I was not expecting to pay $25/day for parking. Very unfair. I will not stay there again. I found an excellent place in n downtown Park City, same price with parking included!!!”

“Mountainside is a wonderful place to stay. They charge for parking (Expedia won't allow me to say how much parkig was) which is a pretty big ripoff since we had to park outside and not in the garage. This is a new money grab by Marriott so just be aware that the "deal" that it look like you are getting on Expedia is going to be more expensive beause of parking. They always used to offer free parking for one car and a fee for for an additional car which seemed totally reasonable to me. Aside……

“We stayed at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa for Mother’s Day weekend and it was truly one of the most memorable family weekends we’ve ever had. I brought my mom and my two nieces, and every generation from 7 years old to 60 years old had an incredible time. The customer service absolutely blew us away. Paul made our check-in experience seamless and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond helping us navigate parking, our room, and all the resort amenities. It honestly……

“This is a condo property that rents out rooms. We have stayed twice and the experience is not consistent. Stayed for work and no iron in the room. Texted to request and no response. Texting from the property is inconsistent with timing of check in/out. I paid super cheap so it’s ok but if you’re paying full price in season I would be concerned. Room is clean. Full kitchen. Nice hot tub. Great location. No road noise. If you want full service this isn’t the place. If you want a condo……

“The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa! We went off season, but once it cools down, there will be skiing too! And most of all… the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially Christian! Thank you all so much! “The staff,breakfast buffet and service was awesome. The mountain view pretty much is the best in Utah, hard to beat the stein! They groom ski slope everyday, easy ski in and ski out access. Cannot wait go back to ski next year.”
