“It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. ”

“This was a nice room in a larger home in Sun City, a very quiet neighborhood…the only downfall was there appeared to be no hot water, intially, the owner ended up giving us specific instructions on how to obtain the hot water, my suggestion is she should post a sign, maybe in a frame in the bathroom, to tell of the peculiar way to obtain the hot water in the shower…other than that the bed and bedsheets were very cozy and the TV has a very nice picture…the only other suggestion is to install a……

“Excellent location - safe & walkable neighborhood. Super unique & very nicely updated exterior. Interior was definitely sufficient for 2 people. Very well stocked with just the perfect amount of essentials. This unit was clean, smelled nice, attractive decor and all around **perfect**. “Great unit. Fantastic location and layout. Only complaint is that the pool is locked in the middle of the building. So if your flight home is later than noon there is no way to just hang out at the pool. You would literally be locked in. And your key only works for the rooftop deck during certain hours. ”

“Stayed in three different properties on a long trip. Cibola Vista was the best and most economical. Would have preferred a first floor room. The second floor where I stayed had no elevator, so we had to carry a cooler, and several suitcases up a long flight of stairs. Not appreciated after recent back surgery. Attended a two hour presentation about other resorts. Was promised a free three day vacation. Details are fuzzy and don't know how to set that up. I will pursue it. Nice place!”
