“In a very convenient location to Ocean City Room was clean Motel quiet Staff very accommodating, allowing me to get into my room a little early. Didn’t have time to try out the pool”

“Our return ferry trip was cancelled, so instead of driving 3+ hours with my granddaughter, I figured we'd stay somewhere inexpensive. While there are features such as cleanliness and service that rate 5 stars, this is not a 5 star property. It is an extremely well maintained and clean 1950s motel, right across the street from the boardwalk and beach. Desk attendant was super nice and gave me some tips for a bathing suit for my granddaughter. The pool was clean and stocked with toys. They……

“My husband and I did a quick trip to Wildwood for the holiday weekend! We stayed at El Ray previously. In fact, for the past 3 years! The rooms are always clean, AC works well especially in 90 degree weather! The staff is super nice and very accommodating!! The location is very convenient! Just a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk! Free parking right on the premises!! Upon checking out, we noticed we left some items in the room. By the time we arrived home we called Sam the motel manager and……

“Except for the narrow parking spots, this is a favorite place to stay. We come once or twice a year now, always during the shoulder seasons so the area is laid back and relaxed. The rooms are nicely laid out and the staff is helpful. One block from the beach.”
