“The Inn both inside and out is beautiful and well maintained. The bed is very comfortable as are the pillows which gave us a wonderful nights sleep. The interior spaces are beautifully appointed with warm comfortable furnishings and soothing colors. The bar is inviting as the restaurant with wonderful food and an excellent selection of wines and alcohol offerings. The breakfasts are so good we could have had them for lunch and dinner. “Lynn was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. Our stay was very comfortable and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to be. The property was beautiful and scenic, and the home was as cozy and comfortable. She even put out breakfast and coffee for us in the morning, which was very nice! We would absolutely stay again!”

“Extremely family-friendly. We loved all the extras. The mini golf, the trampoline, the s'mores available at the fire pit Etc. We left the layout of the sites where we all had some privacy but some neighborly time. And just for humor of the morning, we loved how the porta potties actually flushed. Laugh out loud. And we really lucked out because we saw a heron we saw an owl and we actually thought we saw a pelican. Oh yes and a little mouse. And the cats were very friendly. See you next year.”

“Great location. Very country cozy. Host is lovely and makes a real effort. Provided coffee, yogurt and fruit for breakfast, which was unexpected. Enjoyed relaxing with this on the back patio. Was more of a B&B experience than expected.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Millbrook. My 5yo declared it his favorite rental ever. We loved the kitchen, natural light in the living area and huge yard. The house is obviously well loved and has made lots of family memories. There is everything you could need or think of. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back.”

“This was my sister and my 2nd annual stay at the glamp site and we love it - will keep coming back every summer. Michelle has thought of everything you might need or want from all items needed to make smores to the hot tub on the property and tons of shower towels in the very spacious shower tent. Total bonus that it's a quick walk to an awesome food truck and ice cream spot, as well as to the train station”

“Fallerhof is a cute, quaint cottage in a beautiful, secluded setting. Everything was very clean, and it’s a lovely spot for a quick escape. Two things worth knowing before booking: the owners don't provide a key for you to lock the doors with, and there’s no Wi-Fi. The lack of Wi-Fi is manageable if you're hooked up to a hot spot. Charming overall.”

“This is the second time we’ve rented this house for a family vacation. Great house, beautiful pool, and excellent area.”

“If you are visiting Dover Plains or attending a wedding or other event at Preston Barn this is a great place to stay as it is only 1.5 miles down the road from Preston Barn/Old Dover Inn. The house was very clean and sits on a pretty small river where the bird watching is awesome. We enjoyed the deck and bird watching (including a young eagle and blue heron), pool sitting and playing bocce on the lawn. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was very nice and the bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice...
