Upon arrival, the service was incredibly friendly from the start. They even dressed room to celebrate my birthday The staff are extremely accommodating. The location is situated near clubs and restaurants. Partial ocean view room was lovely, the daily coffee/tea they bring to your room in the morning is such a nice touch! Breakfast on the beach was amazing. I'd go back again when visiting Tulum

We visited recently for 6 times in Tulum . This is our destination every year for anniversary and birthday celebrations. We loved everything, staff is great , Camila at the host desk is absolutely sweetheart. Food is always delicious and drinks on top . We enjoyed the beautiful rooms and location of Delek. It's at the center of everything and close to the buzzworthy restaurants. It is loud at night because of this, but it didn't bother us. The beachfront is a dream.

Overall good on hotel zone.

Overall good but little bit expensive. They charged extra costs at the welcome desk. Rooms and meals are good quality.Nice beach area.

The ocean view master suite was amazing. Could walk 20 ft to the beach and fall asleep to the sound of waves every night. Staff was very attentive, responded to WhatsApp messages immediately and took care of everything we needed, including atv rental.

Great place to stay, we came here for our anniversary and it was perfect for what we were looking for easy access to beach, near other restaurants. Great food and DJ by the pool on Friday and Saturday. The staff was great and very attentive. Overall great stay.

Such an awesome resort, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and the hotel/rooms were so unique and amazing, very eco friendly and comfortable. The morning coffee delivered to our room daily was an awesome treat, the property is in such a great location. The beach is beautiful and the hotel restaurant food was great as well. The beach club staff was always friendly and always accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable.

The service was awesome, everything was clean and well maintained. I have stayed in multiple places in the hotel zone and this is my favorite of them all. My husband and I didn’t hear any noise which was one of the biggest concern from other reviews. We stayed in room 1 and it was absolutely perfect! Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

The Delek is still absolutely the best place to stay. Now they have upgraded an area with live music and the restaurant menu is wider with really great food. Excellent property!! They have a new swimming pool facing the ocean with a bar. Great location, right at the party zone. Easy access to restaurants and parties. You will definitely hear the music at night though.

Rooms are very nice, however the service is awful. Paid $900/night during peak holiday season and it took over 40min to get a sparkling water from the beach club. They prioritize the patrons off the beach over the guests of the hotel. Hotel is in a great location close to everything. Hotel is extremely over priced for what it offers. Out of all the hotels I have stayed at during my 2 week trip in Tulum, I would not recommend this one unless you are here just for the location.

Fully enjoyed my recent stay at the Delek hotel. The hotel property is beautiful and all the staff was incredible. Each person we interacted with was so helpful and friendly. Delek does a great job making guests feel relaxed and taken care of. There are plenty of activity offerings at the property (I loved experiencing the Sunday Temazcal) and we enjoyed the morning coffee service brought to the room each day. The beach cabanas were awesome and drink/food service was great! Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay at Delek again.
