“I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, but after spending the last week and a half at this hotel for business, I feel obligated to share my experience. The parking situation at this property is completely unacceptable. The hotel has allowed utility trucks and vehicles with trailers to monopolize the regular guest parking areas, leaving paying customers with nowhere to park. As a woman traveling alone, I have repeatedly been forced to park more than three city blocks away in an……

“Spent 5 days. 2 of the days, there was no hot water. We had a total of 9 rooms occupied by family. One of the days we had no hot water was the morning we were all getting ready to attend a funeral. Had to get ready in cold water. There were 2 large towels, 2 hand towels & 2 wash cloths. Asked for extra towels. Staff said we cannot give extras. Asked for extra blanket, We were given a thin bed covering. The one that goes on top for decoration. They said it was all they had. We had a king room……

“Customer Service was on point. Everyone is very friendly. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable.”

“This is a bare minimum hotel. Firm king size bed, microwave, small fridge, flat screen TV but the cable didn't work. Clean, room service replaced towels and emptied the trash. Did not make the bed or replace soap and shampoo. Not bad if you only need a place to sleep. It also does extended stay.”

“It was clean. Beds were hard uncomfortable. Living room furniture was uncomfortable springs at surface. I understand people tear up stuff so much no need for good furniture. Could put foam mattresses on beds to help ”
