“Do yourself a favor and pay the extra few dollars for another hotel. This place was dirty, rooms were gross, no house keeping the entire time we stayed here.”

“Property was clean , an average place . Front desk service was not hospitable - woman was very rude when I needed a new key . We also saw people in line waiting for new keys because theirs did not work and the woman was rude to them as well. The room refrigerator did not work and we had to throw out all our food. There was a worker in the breakfast area who continuously stared at my 14 yo granddaughter and followed her around, making her very uncomfortable.”

“The hotel provided professional workers and nice restaurants to dine. Although, it’s critical to have a microwave in my room. This was a huge deal for me.”

“I absolutely loved my stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites!! The room was accommodating for my entire family. Any issues I had were resolved quickly. The entire staff was personable and helpful. Breakfast was good. Even if you didn’t like everything there was something to pick. Parking was a breeze as well. I was always able to find a spot on the first floor. I will definitely be staying here again for our next family trip to VA Beach.”

The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooftop pool was a great place to unwind after a day out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Virginia Beach!”
