“Location was great as we were spending time with family in Lake Geneva so easy commute 15 minutes”

“Good stay for the price. There is no elevator, so be prepared to walk up some stairs if you're not staying on the first floor. Our beds were some of the coziest I've slept in and the room and bathroom were very clean. Had a good experience overall as a one night stop off.”

“Needed a last minute place to stay, and this was clean and quiet, with attentive staff, though poorly maintained (eg old furniture stored in the hallway, bathroom exhaust did not work). The room had a huge hot tub in the corner with a wall mirror. Fantastic location, easy drive to downtown Zion and Illinois Beach State Park.”

“This hotel apparently is a renovated Red Roof, and kind of feels like it. It definitely doesn’t live up to the Hilton name. It was clean enough but the air conditioner was loud, and the breakfast was basic cereal and bagels. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest either. Just ok overall.”

“The front desk clerk was so super professional, friendly and helpful! The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel lobby was beautiful! We took a shuttle to City of Hope and the driver was very kind as well. Thank you for a great experience. We will be back!”

“It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.”

“The staff were so nice! The rooms and bathroom were so clean. The building is a little older but everything was in good shape. Free WiFi use and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The price was also fair. It was 90 dollars and a 50 dollar deposit fee but you get the 50 dollars back in your account after 5 days.”

“There are no elevators and we had 2 large bags we had to carry upstairs. But the staff was helpful to help us carry oir bags. The location was convenient to the highway and a Walgreens and gas station”

“I would not recommend this hotel. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. The front desk had to use a makeshift wire and string to feed under……

“There was no room phone to call the desk the light switch by the hall / vanity mirror was so sensitive if you moved one toe in bed the light would come on and they did come up to check it and said that was normal and it was like that in every room there was no smoke detector but I hole in the ceiling where it was supposed to be the sink area I laid a wet towel down and it turned brown and as I wiped up water it literally look like a dirty diaper when I was finished wiping with a white towel the……
