“My husband didn't like the room I booked so he asked the reception if we can transfer to the one by the pool for easier access. They let us transfer to a new room we want and we were expecting extra charge but I don't think we got charged extra so that was good.”

“I was there for a week, in a suite with a kitchenette. There was nothing in the kitchen-- no skillet, no saucepan, no plates, nothing. No one provided room service any time during the week. No trash removal, no vacuuming/sweeping, no fresh towels or bed linen. I'll not be going back.”
