"First, most everything was good to very good; things were clean, the staff friendly and helpful etc etc. Specifically, and to address some of the shade other people have written about this place. This is a hotel at a certain price point and for this price point it was solid. Was it the Four Seasons? No, obviously not, but because of the friendly staff, clean rooms, inexpensiveness and the fact it was easy to get to count for a lot. My only real suggestions for this place would be to upgrade the pillows, have an extra blanket in the room or use heavier bedspreads and finally, have some protein option for the breakfast bar and stop stocking "red delicious" apples because everyone knows they are mealy garbage apples. *The breakfast bar was the smallest I've ever seen, it had breads, butter, jelly, weak coffee and I think pancake or waffles etc, but no proteins. Some other random bits. Yes, it's on a busy road so if you are sensitive to morning road noise you should know that, but if you are you should be bringing ear plugs anyways. Overall I would not only stay here again I would recommend it to others. It's not a destination stay, but a safe, clean, functional place. There's a good breakfast place next door and a really cool market that sells fresh fruit and pies on the other side."

"I have stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience, which is why I was surprised by the condition of my room during this stay. While the property is relatively new, the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. There was a dirty towel left in the room, stains on the sheets, chips on the floor, and the toilet was not clean. After I called the front desk, staff responded quickly and cleaned the toilet, which I appreciated. However, the stained sheets and debris on the floor remained, making the room feel less clean and comfortable than expected. Based on my previous stays, it seems there may have been changes in management or housekeeping standards. The hotel itself has a lot of potential because it is newer and has been a pleasant place to stay in the past, but cleanliness is an area that needs improvement. Unfortunately, this experience made my stay less enjoyable than previous visits."

"The room was clean and it looks like they were updating the property but there was a lot of supplies around. The staff was friendly enough but I wasn’t aware I had to pay a deposit. The room was cute but the wall separating the couch from the bed kept the cool air from circulating in the room properly so the sleeping area was very warm."
