“We loved the location. It was right across from the Wisconsin river. We went to the front door because we were walking from the east and didn't see the sign on the road showing where the office was located. The over hang had webs hanging in the corners. There was a cute gazebo with chairs and tables to relax on. There was no sign on the front directing us to the back office. We finally explored around the outside and found the office. The desk clerk was very friendly and inviting. He even……

“Coffee was not restocked the second day. No hot water in the shower. Hot tub was hot. The pool was cool.”

“Location is beautiful, being right on the river. Ideal for taking boat cruises that leave from the location. Beautiful deck to eat or have drinks from. On the river walk to downtown Wisconsin dells makes it an easy walk to those attractions, restaurants and bars without needing to drive and park.”

“Checked in after along work conference around 430 pm. Went grabbed dinner and a local Army duck tour which was conveniently just a simple miles away. The tree house room smelled like a well used sports locker room and I was informed I was using a community outhouse that was wristband accessible only....not ideal but manageable. The room never did air out. The mattress was the culprit. Sheets smelled clean, blankets yes, pillows....TBD. but the mattress....gross. outdoor pools close at 7pm fyi so……

“The resort is dirty. There was a strange smell in the room. The air conditioner was very noisy. The room is different from the photos. When the door was opened, many flies flew into the room. Flying around, we couldn't sleep at night. The service of the resort staff is very good. Ask the staff if you can reduce the one-night stay and refund the money. At that time, it was ok. After the trip, I called the resort to ask how to refund the money. The staff said that the money was not refunded. This……

“There wasn’t too many options for breakfast, and the space was small. Our room was fairly clean an occasional hair on the floor and some lint on the chairs. Very vintage vibes, from no usb outlets to the bathroom lights having a timer (the old ones at least bc they installed new ones right above the mirror). Their pool was smaller than expected, not that deep either I think it stated 5’1 or 5’4 on the deep end im not sure since it was faded, but just to relax & unwind from the day it wasn’t……

“The room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. The parking was good and well lit. We had trouble with water draining in the bathtub and we reported it. It appeared to be draining better after we reported it. Room 312 might need another round of draino. The breakfast was good. We stayed here because we weren’t spending much time at our room, but got out and enjoyed many things the Dells had to offer. The hotel was nice and quiet at a great rate.”

“Breakfast was fresh. No cups in room. No ice bucket for ice. Ice went all over the floor when I used it. No hot tub. Shower in tub not good water pressure. Slippery. Not good shower. Will not go there again.”
