“The resort is dirty. There was a strange smell in the room. The air conditioner was very noisy. The room is different from the photos. When the door was opened, many flies flew into the room. Flying around, we couldn't sleep at night. The service of the resort staff is very good. Ask the staff if you can reduce the one-night stay and refund the money. At that time, it was ok. I was sent to a main number which informed me that if I had a prior reservation to go to the email I had gotten. This didn't quite help in getting the staff member to come up.
