“The staff member at check in was very friendly and made the check-in process fun. The breakfast options included a few things I did not expect, like a packaged breakfast sandwich if you did not prefer the scrambled eggs, sausage, or Belgium waffles. We had an issue with our shower (could have been our fault) but the maintenance staff member was up quickly and had the part replaced quickly. “Everything was clean (although the carpets could use a deep cleaning). The staff were very friendly (although one gave us wrong information about the cancellation policy, but it didn't matter in the end, for we were happy to stay on). I like the lounge.
