"This property did not disappoint. Every morning we met on the 2nd floor wrap around porch for coffee with binoculars and were dazzled by bird calls from warblers and vireo. During the days, we took short drives to Gov. Dodge, House, Tallesin, and the Wisconsin River towns. Every evening we gathered on the lower porch for a fire ring with drinks and dinner. Enough room on both levels for different activities including streaming entertainment and meditation. Groceries close by and some restaurants...

"Many listings can seem to over-sell the condition of the property, or the scope of other benefits the property offers to people staying there. Neither of these things happened for me and my wife during our stay here. I believe the description was undersold in the listing, since the property more than exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean, and neat. All listed amenities were present, and those that we accessed were 100% useful. Definitely recommend this location to anyone considering a stay...

"My partner and I spent a long weekend here and completely enjoyed ourselves. The house is serene and perfectly tidy. We spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch watching birds on the water. This property is also a great home base for exploring other interesting towns in the area: Boscobel, Viroqua, Spring Green, etc. We will definitely be back!"

"Nicely appointed, 2 story, 2 bathroom, 3 bedroom home located on a dirt, wooded road. The property is in great condition and very clean. Everything you need is assessible. Washer dryer, dish washer, full kitchen, living area, dining table and chairs downstairs, with wet bar, large couch, large tv, and wine fridge upstairs. 20 minutes to Spring Green. Plenty of parking. Short drive to Mescoda for dinner and to House on the Rock golf!"
