I hadn’t planned on doing laundry since we were only going to be gone about 4 days, but sometimes plans change when children are involved! It was so nice to be able to do a quick load and not have to search out a laundromat! We will definitely be coming back."

The parking garage is across the street, there are no carts to haul your luggage through a parking garage, down an alley across the street to check in on the 2nd floor of the Hotel. Quite inconvenient and sooo many sketchy, drugged out weirdos in that area. It’s sad to see Colorado Springs go downhill. "

"We loved the house! We had everything we needed. The hostess thought of everything we would need to stay there. The beds are so comfy! The house was decorated so cute! It is in a great location close to the main city and hiking areas and the neighborhood is quiet. We loved hanging out on the front porch and watching people walk their dogs. We would love to come back and stay there again."
"Fantastic house and fantastic host. It’s apparent from when you first step in the house the owners take pride in their home. The best appointed home we’ve ever stayed in. Cleanliness was top notch as was the location. Host was incredibly responsive. The house was perfectly located for all our activities, from white water rafting to zip lining, horseback riding, touring the Garden of the Gods, taking the Conway Railway, and even visiting the zoo. You can’t go wrong with this home! Next time we’re in Colorado Springs we’ll be staying here again without a doubt. "

"It was a perfect place to stay within downtown Colorado Springs! The homes in the area are beautiful and from a time before cookie cutter construction became a thing. We were also within short driving distance to anything we needed/wanted to do. The neighborhood was also very quiet too. The owners were quick to reply to any questions we had and their instructions on check-in/out were clear. We stayed in the upstairs apartment above the garage which has everything you need to feel at home. From the kitchen being fully appointed, plenty of towels/washcloths in the perfect sized bathroom, to the comfortable memory foam mattresses on both the king size bed and pullout sofa. We never felt cramped and the stacked full size washer/dryer was a plus since we washed a couple loads before heading home. There’s nothing better than getting home with a smaller to-do list after a 12 hour road trip. We booked this as a last minute getaway and were not disappointed at all. Don’t look past this property! "

"This should not be a property your companyshould allow. Leaky roof that has been fixed before. Horrible water damage. We had to clean up a practical flood with the rain that came in. We left the next morning. Run down and falling apart. Overgrown with weeds. The ask you remove your shoes before entering. Floor was filthy. For a management company they sure don’t put anything into making sure their property is safe and clean. "
"My husband and I were here on vacation staying at my niece’s house in Divide. My husband ended up with a collapsed lung and had to have emergency surgery and was hospitalized for a week. After he was released we wanted to stay somewhere closer to the hospital and I happened upon the gnome home. It was very cute and cozy. It was very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled clean and fresh. There were some snacks left out, which we enjoyed. I would highly recommend this adorable home if you’re looking for a cozy place to stay. Thank you Hunter and Beth for making us feel welcome. "
