"Wonderful stay - perfect for our multi-generational "girl's trip." The staff was responsive and friendly, parking was easy and convenient, neighborhood was quiet but close to lots of restaurants. I won't stay anywhere else if I'm visiting Portland. "

"Nice place. Great location. The size of the units were a bit of a challenge, but then again I knew they were Tiny. I’d stay here again, just not for very long "

"I love the rustic feel of the Mark Spencer, I loved it location very close to shopping, I really enjoyed the vibe very much Portland. And the coffee was fantastic."
"S’more’s and unlimited games at night, brilliant! No fuss continental breakfast was new and free pinball was a blast. Our first room was unfortunately smoked in, they moved us no problem. We walked to the Saturday Market, dinner at the Duck House and brunch at Mother’s Bistro both were excellent. Another fun getaway to Portland "
"We were a short walk to Providence Park. Several restaurants close by. They upgraded us to a suite which was so nice. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay again! "
"We loved the cool and hip style of the hotel while staying for just one night on a college seeing road trip. Staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately they ran out of parking since we got there later, but we were able to easily find street parking. "
"Great location for exploring downtown. Hotel was clean and comfortable. They did have onsite parking but it was very tight for large vehicle. Probably no worse than any other downtown location."
"My Cosy room was truly cozy. Wood panelling and wood accents throughout the hotel give the place a warm inviting feel. Smallish rooms are offset by ample, comfortable space downstairs to work. Loved the art throughout the hotel and rooftop restaurant/bar. Food was good. Staff was friendly. Location is convenient. Only downside is that it sits on the edge of the somewhat sketchy Old Town-Chinatown district, but that’s offset by all the other pluses. I’d stay here again. "
"Everything about this hotel was excellent!!!!!
Location, food, rooms, service, transportation...EVERYTHING.
Our most favorite were the beds!!! .
Our beds were so comfortable.
Definitely recommended this hotel.
You wont be disappointed. "
"The place was very understaffed, but all the staff was very excellent. They always accommodated any requests I made and overall it was a very nice stay worth the price."
