"My impression is that this is a VRBO "in process." It was nice, clean and quiet but needs some care. The floors throughout where very bouncing and in the bedroom it felt in places like we might fall through. The living room needs a different couch set up as it was not easy to congregate on the couch set up. The kitchen chairs must be replaced, they actually hurt to set in as the seats were not good. Having said that, it's a great, quiet location by a lovely stream. Not as nice as expected, but...

"The cottage was very clean. Well stocked with items. The only thing we didn’t find was a can opener. No big deal. My sister let me borrow one. Very quiet and peaceful. We loved it. The place is well decorated with antiques. It had a lovely rustic charm. In fact they can decorate my house if they like. lol Any time I go visit my sister I would without a doubt stay at that cottage. If they allow us of course. The creek was nice to have. My dog played in it multiple times. They even have little...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Concord Cottage very much. The house was exactly as pictured. I would definitely give it 5 stars. The only suggestion I would make is a TV in the family room for those unable to climb the stairs. The birds that had built a nest in the wreath on the door were an added surprise when they flew into the house when I opened the door. It took a while, but we were able to catch and release them back outside. I would definitely stay again when I return to TN."

"Met with lifelong friends for the weekend. Weather was beautiful, so we were able to enjoy the backyard space. Your cottage was a perfect central location for us since we came from different states. "I brought my daughter for a fun, long weekend in Nashville for her birthday. Wanted a home base away from the downtown hype. This cabin was a great choice. Charming property with rustic feel. The roosters will crow early,but I am an early riser and didn’t mind 😊. My daughter loved the extra touches added to the cabin to celebrate her birthday. Very happy with my choice with this cabin and we would recommend to others visiting the area.. Thank you for a memorable trip!"
