"Bright clean hotel with great amenities, service and food. Ate at bar, restaurant, dessert at Doolies and cocktails upstairs. All were well made. Loved the fries! Loved sitting outside and by the fire pit at night. Rooms clean, quiet and comfy. Only opportunity for improvement I’d suggest is make sure the curtains don’t have a gap on the side that lets sunlight stream in at sunrise! And also the beds aren’t the best in comfort. Water pressure in shower could be better. "

"What a unique and tranquil place! We stayed in Big Horn Lodge. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. The breakfast buffet was outstanding in both variety and quality of offerings. The grounds are breathtaking and the castle…wow! Beautifully maintained overall and unlike any other venue we have stayed at. I would absolutely return again. "

It's not just a hotel; it's an experience, and it's all thanks to the incredible humans who work there. ​From the moment I walked in, the vibe was just right. The folks at the front desk are pure magic. There was one evening, after a particularly long day of exploring, when I realized I'd left my phone charger in the last city. I walked up to the desk, looking like a lost puppy, and before I could even finish my sentence, one of the wonderful ladies behind the counter, with a twinkle in her eye, said, "Rough day, huh? Don't worry, we've got a spare charger you can borrow!" It was like she read my mind! Another morning, I was trying to figure out the best route to a hiking trail, and one of the gentlemen at the desk pulled out a map, circled the perfect spot, and even gave me a pro-tip about a hidden waterfall. It wasn't just directions; it was a mini-adventure planning session! They don't just check you in; they make you feel like you've just arrived home, and they're genuinely invested in making your stay fantastic. ​And let's talk about the breakfast situation. Oh. My. Goodness. The person who makes breakfast every morning deserves a medal, a parade, and maybe their own cooking show! This individual"

"We arrived late(11p) and lobby door was secured. Cannot enter unless you're a guest with a key or have to doorbell(to register) Hotel lobby is spacious & airy. Amenities functioning well(pool, fitness etc). Complimentary breakfast hot & fresh and lot of choices. Staff readily available to replenish the food. Our room is spacious and can be use for handicapped guest. 2 queen bed firm, 4 fluffy pillows each bed. There's a dining table with kitchen console where the microwave & keurig plus refrigerator. The bathroom needs improvement for handicapped guest. Because missing handheld shower, the tub has handrails(good) but the tub should be non skid for safety The room also has desk table and reading area( chair & ottoman. With tv that swivel."
