(we're a family friendly building and aren't keen on lots of drunken guests stumbling in at 3 AM ;-( **

This is a private apartment. You'll have access to all of the amenities listed. And for those who don't like stairs - you'll love that our Magic Factory Loft Two East is all on one level (and access to it is provided by elevator).
Located in Chicago's newest neighborhood - 'SONO', at the crossroads of Lincoln Park - Old Town & River North - we are just two blocks south of Chicago’s “little Michigan Avenue” and on the Halsted Street busline, the North Avenue & Division street buses as well as the North/Clybourn Red Line and the Sedgwick Brown Line. In short, there is nowhere you can't get to in pretty much a straight shot.
If you’re heading to Chicago and looking to be near downtown but want a more neighborhood experience with friendly, knowledgeable transcontinental hosts, our home on Halsted just might be the perfect fit for you.
We are always there for you!! Communication prior to arrival and trhough check-out will be via a private WhatsApp chat group that we setup for your group. For larger non-family groups, we request everyone be added to it - this avoids issues with arrival, check-in and offers you immediate responses from our team during your stay. This ensures a great stay!
The neighborhood is great: Vibrant and alive, with plenty to do, to eat, to drink & to be entertained by: Plus, everything you need is right here: We've got the second largest Whole Foods market around the corner with it's fabulous food court (5 dining options) and tables along the riverfront, a great neighborhood pub & wine bar, as well as Marino's Market and a Super Target for shopping.
When your stomach growls food options abound from great casual places like Uncle Julio's, Nando's PeriPeri, Earl's, Tecalitlan Mexican Kitchen & Margarita Bar as well as Mouse Trap / Off Color Brewery's taproom along with Goose Island Brewery if you'd like to sample a local Chicago beer. There's also a several great live theater venues up the street including Steppenwolf as well as comedy & improv stages at the Second City. The Mag Mile, Millennium Park, Chicago's amazing lakefront and Navy Pier, as well as the city's finest museums are all just minutes away - but you're still in a funky friendly neighborhood with great little local shops & cafes as opposed to being in the high rise heartland. Sports fans will love our proximity to Wrigley Field (3 stops on the train) and Soldier's Field and the United Center are minutes by car or cab.
