"This home right on the river was a peaceful home base for a mother-daughter getaway. After a day of exploring, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the cozy blankets provided and listening to the sound of the river while watching geese. When it got chilly, we went in and turned on the fireplace. Our host had thought of every little detail."

"Oh my gosh, it was perfect. I'm not sure it was as walkable as advertised, but we had 3 small kids. The hot tub made it very convenient to get small rounds of swimming in between the rains. Very spacious! All of the rooms were a great size, even had room for the portable crib. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. We would definitely choose this place again for future visits "

"This is such a beautiful home, I wish I could live here! There are thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the home, plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, you name it! "This condo was a short 2 block walk to the main gondola station. There are plenty of restaurants, retail within walking distance. The condo itself was perfect for a family of 4. The bathrooms have been nicely updated and the shower had good pressure. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed, and the Smart TV in the living room was nice."

"Stayed here for a month to ski Wolf Creek and it was wonderful. Took daily walks around the lake even with it being winter, and had the advantages of being close to town as well as nordic skiing and snowshoeing. The neighborhood was quite with everyone being very friendly. The homeowner was welcoming and an excellent communicator when I had questions. The home itself was well taken care of with a wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, and comfortable beds. Looking forward to staying here again!"

"The house is well-appointed and a great accommodation for 9 or 10 people. The kitchen is well supplied and the living space has a wall of windows which make use of the sunshine to light the living room, dining room and kitchen. The house is about a 7-8 minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs, but only 4 minutes or so to grocery shopping and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive to issues we had."

"We stayed at this property to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mom and we couldn't have asked for a better homebase. It was perfect for us four adults. The property sits on top of hill overlooking Pagosa Springs with an incredible view of snow capped Pagosa Peak and the San Juans. We arrived to a clean property, and made full use of the kitchen, played games in the dining room, and took advantage of the firepit for s'mores in the evenings. Downtown Pagosa is no more than a 15 minute walk,...

"Second time staying at this house and skiing Wolf Creek. Great location to the small town of South Fork. Easy checkin and out. No real issues with the property and easily fit 12 adults / older teens and 1 baby. Great hot tub after the slopes and fire pit down by the river. Great views from house as well. Use Rocky Mountain Ski for your gear they’re great. Will be back again and hopefully not take 6 years like the last time."
