"We typically stay in Ferdinand every year for a family reunion. We weren't able to stay at our normal place this year and found this on a whim. It was absolutely perfect. My mother was with us and I had a recent knee injury. Everything was easy in and out, the layout was also convenient. It is certainly in an area that we call God's Country, but the STARS you see at night are worth it! Amazing. The cozy porch was perfect for star gazing or morning coffee. "We had a very short visit at this property but would have been happy staying much longer. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all types of meals, there was a full size washer & dryer and the beds were comfy. Great little touches, like board games and a selection of DVDs and an outdoor fire pit (bring your own wood) with seating and an outdoor grill. Nice yard for the kids to run around, play catch, etc. Even though it was on a main road, it was very quiet."

"We loved this beautiful little house. It was perfect for my big family. There are three bedrooms, and there were books, toys and coloring books and crayons in the closet of one room. A playpen and highchair were also there. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, and other appliances you might need (or want), ie a blender, a crockpot, there was even several cookbooks. It’s a great place in a nice quiet neighborhood. "

"As soon as we walked in my husband could smell cigarette smoke. When we got home any clothing we wore smelled of smoke also. It was listed as non smoking but there were rule breakers there sometime The house itself is nice and it was clean. Host provided just about anything you can think of. He also made a trip out to the house to help us with the WiFi. Home is very remote so it can be spotty at times. He also put a new filter in the air conditioner. Great host! There’s actually a second toilet in the laundry room in the basement, with a sink right outside outside the door."
