"Exceptional service! All staff were so friendly and super helpful. Good location, next to a tube station and nearca lot of nice coffee shops and restaurants. Walking distance to Costanera shopping centre. Lovely swimming pool, water was always warm and really nice to swim in. Jacuzzi was nice and warm too. There was sauna and steamer in the changing rooms, separate for men and women. Great views from the pool and also outside space. The hotel is a bit old but exceptionally clean and super...

"The hotel is really very comfortable. The room we booked has a bedroom and a living room and kitchen. Very comfortable and spacious. The staff were attentive and helpful. I just have to point out that I found the breakfast a bit poor compared to the quality of the hotel. We stayed 4 nights and they always served almost the same thing with little variety."

"It is a good, safe, medium-sized hotel in an interesting neighborhood. Plus it is close to the subway. The staff are the best part of the hotel. They are polite, friendly, efficient and reliable. They work very hard for the guests. They also speak excellent English. The staff are the best feature of this hotel. Shoutouts to Rodrigo and Oliver who were so helpful and worked do hard."
