Excellent place to stay on Saint Thomas. The owners are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Clean and spacious rooms a short walk from downtown Charlotte Amalie. This is a small, locally owned "hotel" that has an intimate, relaxed vibe. Easy access and parking.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The room was first class. It was clean, had great amenities, and the view was beyond words. It could not be more convenient to everything in Cruz Bay. The staff was 5 star by any standard. The only bad thing was that I had to leave and go back to work the next day.

Our villa was great with incredible views. Any issues or questions we had were quickly resolved. Would highly recommend Calichi to anyone looking to stay on the quiet side of the island.

I stayed at the Westin a couple of years ago twice when it was the Marriott Frenchman’s Reef. The upgrades are amazing, but the best part of my state was a staff. The staff was awesome.!

This resort was definitely a solid 3 star. The location was convenient (not too far from the airport and walking distance to Coki Beach). However, the beach at the resort is unusable due to all of the sargassum. It wasn't for lack of effort because every morning we saw crews trying to clean it up. The biggest issue is that the sargassum makes the entire resort smell like sewage or rotten eggs. The good news is you can walk 5 mins to Coki Beach which is beautiful and there isn't any sargassum. The staff there was very friendly. Please note that this is not your typical resort or hotel...it's a vacation club. Because of this they don't clean your room daily and they try to convince you to sit through presentations to join (which we did not do). The food there is VERY mediocre & priced on the higher end since most things are imported. FYI 18% gratuity is automatically included in all food & drink checks. There's a better restaurant at the neighboring resort (on the water). Just note that Margaritaville doesn't encourage this, so you'll have to climb a hill, go through a gate, & walk along a narrow path to get there. But definitely worth it IMO. I didn't realize how this property is built into a mountain/hill. So, prepare to walk up & down hills and steps to get from your room to the restaurant & pools. There is an option to request a golf cart, but the wait is usually long. Room was nice, but we did see a giant roach in our bathroom one day. Terrifying & gross!
