The door wouldn't unlock to get us in to the room. We had to go to get the person in charge to come and help us unlock it. He said the lock really needs to be changed. Our stay was wonderful. Sarah was quick to reply with clear information. Entry to the home was hassle free. Certainly not any fault of Sarah's but it was a bit of a bother that we had to be careful with water consumption due to the unusually dry summer. That aside, I would book it again.
