“We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience……

“It was adequate but the property needs some TLC. Broken wooden step, lack of hot water, missing exposed light sockets in bathroom, just two towels, misc clutter on path to cottage, derelict vehicles blocking driveway. . ”

“My sister's family of three and my family of there stayed here to spend Thanksgiving with our parents in Binghamton. The location was perfect (20 minutes from my parents in Binghamton) and the house was big enough to give our two families space when we needed our own space. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and even enjoyed some lake-effect snow the day after Thanksgiving. We brought most of Thanksgiving dinner (turkey and sides) with us, so the full refrigerator was perfect to store everything……

“The only problem we had with our stay was that it wasn’t longer! Everything was top notch. The quality of the glassware, flatware and cutlery felt very intentional and was appreciated. The mattress in the sofa bed was more comfortable than regular beds in other places we’ve stayed. Would definitely stay there again!!!!”
