The room we were given was absolutely freezing with a gale blowing through the window just at head height as you lay in bed and as the room was so small there was no way of moving away from this. we had a terrible night sleep. We were removed to a twin room which was more acceptable and we could at least move around. The ‘cosy’ rooms are very, very small. Tea and coffee making facilities are in the foyer but the coffee had always run out and the hot water would always run out so it wasn’t really very satisfactory. The staff are trying their best, but they can’t really check people in and be constantly refilling coffee. I cannot recommend this hotel and I would never stay there again."
