The extra space with the 1 bedroom was very much needed with 3 adults (2 parents and an adult child). The bed is a fold out futon but it was very comfortable. The bedroom had a full sized bed - a little small but very comfy. The kitchen was upgraded with everything you need and the bathroom shower had the best water pressure (no tub).
