"Beautiful in the inside .. but behind it between the holiday inn and their building were screaming crackheads. Not even being funny but they were SCREAMING and talking to themselves. Made me a little skeptical. "

"I’ll be honest with you. I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms are clean. The housekeeping staff is the real stars here they were so amazing and sweet. Front desk was OK. They could be a little more friendly, but the rooms are nice. The pool is nice. The bartender was very rude. I will want to say that he was extremely rude. Short Mexican guy very very rude for no reason so he should go other than that. Everything else is great. I will be back."

"What a beautiful resort! I would love to have stayed longer. When we arrived, the man at front desk upgraded our room to one with a balcony and a great view of the water. There's a lovely pool and hot tub, along with a man-made sand beach with chairs around fire pits. The beef tacos at the restaurant were amazing. I like to exercise and there's a walking trail across the bridge to downtown Long Beach. The hotel also has a nice gym with room to move and nice equipment. We walked to the aquarium. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Queen Mary."
