“Nancy’s condo was exactly as advertised. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and highways, making it easy to get into Denver. Her communication was prompt and clear. Check in and out were both easy. The community also had a pool, which was refreshing treat at the end of hot summer days. It was a great place to stay for the week while attending a conference.”

“The studio apartment had everything I needed. It’s in a great location. It was super clean and the host was very responsive.”

“Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). The property manager was excellent and handled everything perfectly. On a "needs improvement side" there are several things. “Easy access, nice space and amenities ”

“Perks.... location, t.p., dishwasher and washing machine pods, easy access, quiet, parking, communication with host, mattress and pillows acceptable.Cons....I didn't find any updates, wouldn't call it beautiful. Inadequate kitchen linens, & supplies for cooking meals. Bed had no blanket. Heavy grease, buildup throughout the kitchen, cupboard doors, switch plates, floor. Heavy dust build up on all inside trim of bathroom, and baseboards throughout. Dirty & dead flys in tracks of patio door &……

“Overall, we were disappointed by the property. The home was dirty and not maintained very well. We suggest hiring a new cleaning service. Amenities were bare minimum. The home says it sleeps 10, but it sleeps 10 with a blowup mattress. On a positive note, the communication with the owner was very good. He was very responsive and quick to help if we had any issues.”
