"We found this Ruston cottage to be clean, inviting and stocked with everything a person (or their dog) could need, again! This was our 2nd time renting this cute little house and last time was our very 1st vacation rental by owner, of any sort. "Our family couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay in the waterfront cottage! It was nicely kept, clean, and cozy! We bought steak at a nearby grocery store and used the grill out in the balcony! It was very easy to use and the steak was cooked to perfection! I love how the whole place receives so much natural lighting and the place was very well maintained and decorated. The host was very kind and helpful front start to finish."

"This property is probably the best VRBO property I have experienced (and I use VRBO a lot). This house is stocked amazingly and so clean and cozy. The pictures are good but wait til you see it in person! The owner is so generous and excellent communication. We had such a relaxing, fun, comfortable (beds and bedding are amazing!) and we will be back!"

"Loved this cottage! Highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to hunker down and chill out steps from the Pt Defiance - Vashon ferry. Beautiful views of the sound and the outdoor spaces are amazing. Comfy chairs throughout for relaxing while looking at the water. My only warning would be to those who can’t handle stairs as there are 2 flights to the front door and then multiple flights to the various decks. The host is super helpful and friendly and we had a great time."

"The property was very accessible and fit 4 adults quite well. It was nice and warm with the heater on and beds were very comfortable. The only complaint was the wood stove. The wind was blowing the smoke back into the bus. Maybe a rotating exhaust shield on the exterior top counteract the wind. Otherwise, no complaints! Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"It was delightful! The Shamrockin yacht is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need!! Loved being on the water and be unable to walk places. Hosts were lovely. I’m booking time there this summer. Have to visit again!"
