“I loved how it is so thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Very cozy! I loved the kitchen! And the cleanliness. So much to love about it.”

“I am a nature lover and explorer, so we came to hike trails along the blue ridge. It was the most gorgeous place to return to after our day was done. Nothing but private woodlands around you, as you sit on the back deck for the morning and evening hours when you aren't out and about! It makes a difference when you come back to a place that feels like home. Those places that are listed as "gems"....this is truly one of them! I could not have been happier with a location that was "home away from……

“What a great place! Right near a park and the river. Just minutes from great hiking. Looks like there are tons of restaurant options. We were so comfortable in the apartment. Everything worked and we slept great!! We will be looking for this place when we come back to Lynchburg in the years to come!!”

“I’ve stayed at the property twice in the last few years. It’s perfectly located in downtown with access to lots of great restaurants. The apartment has always been clean and well equipped. And having a dedicated parking space just feet from the door is awesome.”

“Stay was amazing, communication was superb and is was exactly what the listing described! One personal note I am a hot sleeper so when I return I will probably bring a personal fan. Loved the court yard view and the close walk to all the down town amenities!”

“Cozy”

“This was a horrible experience. The host was impossible to contact.”

“Perfect little place to stay for the night between driving. Had all the essentials. In a good area too.”

“Small, but smartly decorated one bedroom apartment. Perfect for a couple on a weekend trip! Host was very responsive!”

“Everything was beautiful and very clean. We wouls stay again with them.”

“The place was wonderful. Cleaner and well stocked with the tools needed to cook a meal and entertain kids. Owners were quickly available and very easy to work with. I definitely recommend this house. Grandsons enjoyed the WWII memorial park also.”

“The property was clean, well stocked, walking distance to several good restaurants. Just wish the parking was more convenient for me it worked only staying one night. I was able to park in front of the building for the limited hours for longer stays you have to park in a parking garage around the corner.”

“Third time's a charm! Actually, each time has been charming. We enjoyed our stay...the cozy cottage and comfort of home. The convenient location adds to the list of positives. Will stay there again!”

“We enjoyed our stay and loved the location close to downtown to take in the July 4 festivities. The kitchen was well stocked for the eat-in meals we prepared. Unfortunately, It was extremely hot and the mini split units really struggled to keep up but the host was extremely responsive and worked hard to alleviate the problem and had a fan sent to the home.”

“Excellent property, excellent location, excellent communication,. Will book again when I return to Lynchburg!”

“Stunning downtown views & plenty to do! I live here locally in Lynchburg but rented this for my Aunt who was coming to visit from up North & spent it with her as our weekend getaway. It was the perfect little slice in the middle of downtown. Plenty of restaurants to choose from (alot within walking distance), friendly people set with a relaxing vibe in the evenings out on the balcony. The place was immaculate, stocked with essentials for the weekend and comfortable. The only issue I had at first……
