"Best Western Brook Norwich Hotel check in experience I booked a family room. I came with a heavy luggage and two young children (2y and 4y). My room was on 2nd floor. I found it isn’t convenient that there is no lift because it is not easy to carry the luggage through stairs while looking after two children on stairs. "We enjoyed an excellent 1 night stay in a spacious Manor room with 4 poster bed, with a lovely view overlooking the terrace and golf course. Hotel is clean and comfortable, and staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thank you also for the 'Happy birthday' message and chocolate treats in the room. There is plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet, and the food is really good. The only slight niggle is that the hot food was not piping hot. The terrace is a lovely place for a drink, and there are local walks to enjoy. Hotel is also convenient for the city center. We had a fabulous stay and look forward to visiting again."
