“Hello, This house was a great stay/location for our family trip to Universal studios. The house was very nice, yard kept up, relaxing backyard, area with fountain. The neighborhood was nice and quiet to just take a walk and enjoy the California weather. The host was awesome with communicating with us, even going above and beyond to assist us. If you are looking for an awesome stay for you and your family this place is it, you won't be disappointed.”

“The host was very responsive. The parking in the back is extremely tight, especially for big vehicles. The kitchen is super neat and you have everything you need in there. My only concern was the sleeper sofa. If you have any back problems, like me, this won't work for you. We gave the bedroom to our grandma so my back felt it a little. It's just not comfortable. “Parking for my friend and I’s vehicles was easy. The wifi connection and reception in general was extremely poor, although the hosts were proactive about it. The grass area for the dogs was a little awkward as the kids played on it and vehicles parked there. Otherwise, the place was very nice and we slept very good on the bed and couch bed. The bathroom was really nice and wish I had more time to use the cool tub. The TVs were also really nice.”

“Definitely a unique stay. The accommodation is rustic and has lots of character yet has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The surrounding nature is beautiful to take in and very relaxing. ”

“I'll start with the highlights: this place was spotlessly clean, and since it's situated in the hills you have an absolutely gorgeous view--like staying in a hill town in Tuscany. The bed was also quite comfortable, and the area is very quiet, despite the resident Rottweiler. But this is not a good pick for anyone with mobility problems, since there are two steeps flights of stairs up to the property--luckily the host was there at check-in and check-out to assist with my heavy bags. “Kelvin was really great and helpful in communicating check-in and out procedures. A lot of thoughtful touches in the kitchen and bathroom with one of the best selections of toiletries. The apartment has a bit more wear than shown in the pictures, but it is an altogether fantastic place and a great location.”

“More of a quirky tree house accommodation, with a good enough outhouse, but nice to be near the center of Topanga. Steep, rocky driveway was OK for our small rental car.”

“Very Nice. We stayed for four days and felt comfortable. The location of this hotel is wonderful that only takes 5 minutes to the Hollywood Boulevard. The swimming pool is also nice and clean. If I go to the LA again, this hotel will be my first choice. ”
