"Love this property. Ideal location for visiting our daughter at NYU. Love the early AM complimentary coffee area with huge windows overlooking a park. All of the common areas are really nice. The staff is excellent. It’s self check-in but there is always someone there to help. So appreciate the luggage storage, too! "

"Location, location location! Right across from Lincoln Center and a short block from the subway made the Empire Hotel and ideal place to stay. I was able to check my luggage in early and explore midtown Manhattan with ease. "

"Nice clean hotel, room was comfortable. Good location to Times Square if that’s the area you’re looking for. Lifts were faulty on the last day and security had to manually pick and drop everyone off to there floors. Apart from that no issues"
